Cheeky. Gypsy Electro Swing. There is a name for this stuff, I’ve found. Of course there is.
I have to say that I love gypsy swing, or parisian jazz – it has a very different feel to it than big band american swing, it’s more frenetic. I also loooove the retro sci-fi look that these guys sport as their motif on almost everything. It’s that really early art deco, 1920s, “Metropolis”-inspired stuff.
