It’s true!
My off-day was actually pretty hijacked today 😛 Obviously, when it’s a non-editing day it’s much easier to shrug off, but today definitely did not pan out the way I had initially thought it would.
It started with my entire morning being taken up with an apartment issue, which meant I wasn’t able to get my writing and editing done like I’d planned. That meant it had to happen after I got back from doing a VO session with Joshy-poo when I’d been hoping to get a little rest in to recharge before going back to work four of the next five days.
But, I mean, I got my shit done, and then went and had a blast seeing San Andreas with the Ho and our friend Aaron Takahashi down the street at the Arclight. It was a terrible movie…but in a solidly fun summer disaster movie type way. For reals. See it if you’re in the mood for a movie that pretends to make scientific sense but doesn’t whatsoever and has some fun sequences of large cities being destroyed in california. Or catch it on blu-ray 😛
Then we came home to watch the A’s win a game against the Yanks, and now here I am in bed. Early. Going to sleep. Early. It’s back to work tomorrow, y’all. Gotta keep moving forward!
Quick one tonight, but it was a good day today, regardless of all the shenanigans. Got the Coops curled up next to my feet, and took a benadryl to handle the allergies whilst I zzzzz. Life is good, yo.
