It’s election day tomorrow. The Ho and I sat down together tonight and figured out our ballots together, then filled them out and sealed them up in their envelopes so they’re all ready tomorrow.

Big day tomorrow, y’all. As Donald Trump would say, “huge.”

I hope it’s a huge day for us liberals. I hope it’s a goddamn landslide…but we’ll see what happens. It could be a landslide for Hills, it could be a close win for Hills, or it could be a close win for Drumpf. Any of those three things could happen. There’s just no way to know for sure until election day. And that’s tomorrow.

To be honest, I’m going to be sooooo freaking happy it’s finally over. This election has been exhausting, soul-searching, soul-crushing, angering, saddening, and just overall exhausting. Yes, I know I said “exhausting” twice. That wasn’t a typo.

I worked today, and got a ton done. Everything I wanted to. Need to get a shit-ton done tomorrow and the next day. And the next day. Then, maybe, I can take my day “off” on Friday to crack out some Starstuff pages and make up some of my lost time over the past two weeks.

Liz is practicing chinese next to me right now 😛 It’s for work. That is such a different language than English, man. Takes a completely different approach to this act of “speaking” that we take so much for granted. It reminds me in certain ways, at least in its different-ness, to that language where they use the clicking sound as part of their spoken language. It reminds me, too, that there are many, many ways of doing things and that we shouldn’t take for granted that everyone must do something one way just because that’s the way we do it.

That’s all I really got for you today. Tomorrow is the big day. Working is going to be a challenge, but work I must.

Night.
