Solid, solid day today.

Writing started with some research. I didn’t *think* it was going to be research day, but it was. It probably should have been more outlining than what happened, but questions popped up while I was doing that, and they needed to be answered, yo.

Work was good, too. I got a full regimen done, I think. I didn’t actually total up all the specific minutes, I might have been 1 or two short on the day, but it was close enough, damnit! It was easy focus today, too, for the most part. Rarely at all did I find myself off track, even though there were plenty of distractions today.

This apartment turnover for my latest vacant unit has been a monster undertaking, unfortunately. So much stuff above and beyond the normal turnover has been necessary. I won’t go into details…I actually don’t think I’m allowed to…just suffice it to say that these tenants had to move out on rather unusual circumstances, and there’s just been a lot of work that’s come along with that. But…it’s almost done. Almost. Another…oh, probably business week.

The good news is that I feel much more like myself now. MUCH more. I was definitely a little run down, y’all, this past week and a half or so. My two off-days this week took that edge off. Thank you baby jesus.

Currently watching Deep Space Nine on the ‘Flix (as Josh would call it. See, Josh? It *is* catching on) while working these days, which you would know if you’re coming to this post via Twitter or Facebook. I’m currently half way through season 2, and a couple good episodes happened today. An Odo episode, and then a friendship-building episode between Bashir and O’Brien. It’s good stuff. Season 2 of DS9 starts to get genuinely solid. Much quicker curve than TNG, that’s for sure. Voyager? Well…I’m not  sure they ever quite caught that curve so well…but we’ll see when I get back around to it, won’t we? I still love that show, if only for the comfortability of it. It’s still Trek, you know? And Trek is like a warm blanket for me. A happy place.

I still have a tooooonnn of Trek still to go, with Voyager AND Enterprise to zip through…but after that, I’m pretty sure I’m going to throw on Battlestar Galactica. Holy bejesus that show is good, and I haven’t watched it since the Ho and I did it together in…what, 2010? No, I think it was 2009, actually. SIX YEARS AGO. Jesus, we’ve been together a long time. I LOVE YOU BEAR.

On that note, good night. Got some solid sleeping to do, y’all!
