Quick entry tonight since it’s almost midnight.
Got my work done today, but no writing. Morning routine was messed up, as was evening routine…but what can you do about that except make sure it happens tomorrow, so that’s my pledge. Routine tomorrow sticks with it, and I get both of my writing sessions done. Period. Bloody period.
The Ho and I watched this past weekend’s episode of Westworld today, and we like the show. Neither of us are crazy about it, but we like it. It’s shiny enough to continue, but everything else has been too mediocre to rave about…and then we had a long discussion about storytelling and audiences, and why people like the stuff that they do, and why so often SciFi is a misunderstood medium…which we both basically agreed came down to how most people don’t read science fiction, which is where SciFi truly lives. Good SciFi, anyway.
Anywho, we have a houseguest with us for the next few days which is why the routine gets flummoxed, at least today. And I’m glad to have her 🙂 The Coco is sleeping with her right now, as a matter of fact. Such a little boo-bear, that Coco. Love her! She was very, very snuggly today.
